  • Court Appearance (Guilty Plea) – £500–£1,000 + VAT
    Representation at court for a guilty plea, including preparation and attendance.

  • Exceptional Hardship Hearings – £1,000–£2,000 + VAT
    Full preparation and representation for “totting up” disqualification cases, including written submissions and court advocacy.

  • Special Reasons Hearings – £1,000–£3,000 + VAT
    Representation where special reasons may apply to reduce or avoid penalties.

  • Not Guilty Trials – £1,000–£5,000 + VAT
    Comprehensive trial preparation and representation. (Costs vary depending on case complexity and expert evidence required.)

All fees are indicative and confirmed after a consultation and case assessment.
